Kim Agnew began her philanthropic work investing in non-profit organizations that support victims of domestic violence and recovery opportunities, mentorship and leadership/life skills training for at-risk youth with a focus on victims of sex trafficking and slavery. Kim is a founding member of Maverick Collective, an initiative of Population Services International, which is a group of like-minded women who focus on improving the health and rights of girls and women around the globe. In 2015, Kim became a member of Women Moving Millions and in 2017 joined its board. She is also a founding board member of The Agnew Family Foundation, which focuses on enhancing the lives of children, and supports On Being, a nonprofit media and public life initiative founded by Krista Tippett.
