Prachi Dumas

Prachi Dumas of Los Angeles and San Francisco is an entrepreneur who is the founder and CEO of SpeakUp Now, a social impact tech platform which will launch this year to improve workplace culture.  She has more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales and strategic partnerships, and has worked with some of the most innovative companies in the world. Prachi's family has a long legacy of righting wrongs; her grandparents fought for freedom in India with Mahatma Gandhi and they were imprisoned together. As a result, she has immense passion for social change and is committed to making a significant impact in the world.  In addition to supporting the Nobel Women’s Initiative, Prachi is an advisor for Modern Elder Academy (MEA).   She is also an advocate for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and involved in various social justice, environmental, and political organizations.
