Kay Creath of Austin, Texas, is a psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience and has practiced in a variety of settings: hospitals, university campuses, and private practices. She is co-founder and President of Integrate Intensives where she and her colleagues bring their passion for emotional healing, growth and wellness for community through the group-therapy process. Based on personal experience, Kay believes that this type of therapy accelerates healing and creates long-lasting, like-minded, supportive relationships.
Kay was formerly an organizational psychologist for an international psychological consulting firm. In this role, she advised senior executives and managers on the hiring, training, and management of their employees. Recently, she supervised the clinical operations of a mental health organization that focused on the treatment of children who have experienced severe, complex trauma and their families.
When Kay was in the Philanthropy Circle, she attended a biannual conference in Ottawa and the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates in Chicago in 2012. She is a founding member of Impact Austin, a women’s philanthropic organization, and has been passionately involved in many Austin area nonprofit organizations over the years. Kay has her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and earned her masters and Ph.D. in psychology from the University of North Texas.
