Three young women’s rights activists have come to Ottawa, Canada to take part in the Nobel Women’s Initiative Sister-to-Sister Mentorship Program. Meet 2013 Participant Josephine Gekpelee: radio producer, reporter and announcer at a community radio station in Liberia.
Every week, Josephine produces a half hour radio program called ‘The Missing Voice’ that focuses on those most marginalized in society, such as women and girls.
