Tania is a passionate advocate for social justice and equality. With over 25 years (yikes!) dedicated to championing these causes, Tania's journey has been nothing short of impactful. As a staunch feminist and disability rights activist, she directs gender equality, inclusion, and diversity programs with finesse. She rejoins NWI as the interim Executive Director to power NWI programs and organizational success by securing high-value partnerships, empowering teams, and sparking cultural change.

Tania holds an MA in Social Justice Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto. She is an early riser, loves a good concert and enjoys eating, running and cycling.
