Eileen Robertson Hamra is an author, speaker, philanthropist, and wellness advocate dedicated to helping individuals and communities thrive. Following the sudden loss of her former husband, a journey she shares in her book Time To Fly: Life and Love After Loss, Eileen transformed personal grief into a mission centered on healing, growth, and meaningful impact. Today, she is committed to expanding access to wellness, personal development, and holistic health resources while continuing to advance her late husband’s legacy of sustainability and service.
As CEO of Fit Together, Eileen works to bring health and wellness opportunities to underserved communities and advocates for a more equitable society. She also serves on the Midwest Regional Board of the American Heart Association and supports numerous nonprofit organizations, including Parents for Peace and Justice, The Kitchen, Lost and Found and the Interfaith Alliance. A certified yoga teacher and health coach, Eileen co-hosts transformational retreats focused on healing, mindfulness and personal growth. Based in Springfield, Missouri, she is most proud of her role as a mother of four and supportive wife to Mike Hamra.
