Madeline is the founder of Niveau Philanthropy, a donor-advised fund focused on climate, global women and girls, and food insecurity in Colorado. She is also an executive coach working with nonprofit leaders and next-generation wealth holders to lead with greater purpose and impact.
Inspired by the people-first values behind her family’s Les Schwab Tire Centers legacy, Madeline founded Niveau in 2020 to advance values-driven philanthropy rooted in trust, equity, and investing in people. Her global giving focuses on women’s education, reproductive healthcare, and gender equity, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
Madeline is an ambassador for Women Moving Millions, a member of Maverick Collective and NEXUS Impact Society, and supports organizations including Lafiya, NOVAH, and 30 Birds Foundation. She holds a degree from Chapman University and completed executive coach training through the Hudson Institute.
