Michelle is a Managing Director and Financial Advisor with Savant Wealth Management and the founder of Wife2CFO, a financial empowerment platform helping women navigate divorce and build financial independence. After more than 32 years on Wall Street, she shifted her focus from finance alone to advancing equity and inclusion for women and families. She also co-founded The IDEAL School of Manhattan, New York City’s first inclusion-based independent school, inspired in part by her son Dylan, who has Down syndrome. Michelle’s work is driven by a belief in courage, belonging, and creating opportunities where they do not yet exist.
