Simone Talma Flowers is the Executive Director of Interfaith Action of Central Texas (iACT), where she leads efforts to foster peace, understanding, and unity through interfaith dialogue, service and community engagement. With more than 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Simone is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people of all backgrounds can connect, collaborate and thrive.
A respected community leader and advocate for equity and resilience, Simone has received numerous honors for her impact, including the Gulen Peace Award and Leadership Austin’s Outstanding Alumni Award. Through her visionary leadership and commitment to dignity and inclusion, she continues to inspire stronger, more connected communities across Central Texas.
