Fabiola Pascal is a results-driven and client-focused professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in business administration, international development, grants management, compliance, and financial oversight. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in driving operational efficiency and fostering client relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Previously, Fabiola worked as Senior Finance and Compliance Manager at Mission Inclusion, an Operations Director for the Program Management Unit at Haiti's Ministry of Health, and Director of Finance and Administration at the Center for Facilitation of Investment in Haiti. She has also held key roles with organizations such as Oxfam, CECI, Impact Transform (formerly Partnership Africa-Canada) in Canada and I-TECH (International Training and Education Center for Health).
Fabiola also provided her expertise as consultant in Finance and administration for the University of Washington and Institut des recherches et d’ applications des Methodes de development (Iram) Paris, Montpellier – France.
Fabiola holds a master’s degree in management of international development and Humanitarian Action from Laval University, as well as a Master's in Management and Evaluation of Businesses and Local Government Authorities from the University of the West Indies and Guyana. She is a Chartered Administrator (A.Adm.) with the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec and is an affiliated member of both the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Fabiola is a mother of 2 (a Girl and a boy), love to travel, discover new things and people. She also has a passion for culinary arts. She recently turns this passion to a small business Couleur Café by Fabiola Pascal, where she prepares homemade goodies for her relative, friends, colleague and participate in fairs.
