Fabiola Pascal

Head of Finance and Operations

Fabiola Pascal has over 20 years of experience in business administration, international development, grants management, compliance, and financial oversight. 

Previously, Fabiola worked as Senior Finance and Compliance Manager at Mission Inclusion, an Operations Director for the Program Management Unit at Haiti's Ministry of Health, and Director of Finance and Administration at the Center for Facilitation of Investment in Haiti. She has also held key roles with organizations such as Oxfam, CECI, Impact Transform (formerly Partnership Africa-Canada) in Canada and I-TECH (International Training and Education Center for Health).

Fabiola also provided her expertise as a consultant in Finance and administration for the University of Washington and Institut des recherches et d’ applications des Methodes de development in France.

Fabiola holds a master’s degree in management of international development and Humanitarian Action from Laval University, as well as a Master's in Management and Evaluation of Businesses and Local Government Authorities from the University of the West Indies and Guyana. She is a Chartered Administrator (A.Adm.) with the Order of Chartered Administrators of Quebec and is an affiliated member of both the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).

Fabiola is a mother of two, loves to travel, discover new things and meet new people. She also has a passion for culinary arts, which she recently turned into a small business: Couleur Café by Fabiola Pascal.
