Jacquelinne has a diverse background in event planning and administration. She is passionate about community engagement and has volunteered in a number of organizzations, including the Colombian Canadian Community. She has also volunteered for the Co-operative Development Foundation of Canada Women's Mentorship Program, which aims to help build community-owned and women-led cooperatives across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Additionally, she has worked as a Spanish instructor for young children in the International Language program at the Conseil des Écoles Catholiques du Centre-Est.
Jacquelinne enjoys spending quality time with her family and being surrounded by nature. She loves dogs and also has a passion for arts, particularly painting and sculpting. She holds a degree in Business Administration from EAN University in Colombia, along with a graduate certificate in Event Management from Algonquin College, and a certificate in Virtual and Hybrid Events from the Event Leadership Institute.
